Made to order
Every DTH KLTR tee is printed for you when you order it, so we do not take returns or exchanges for a wrong size, a wrong color or a change of mind.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you. You do not need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If your package has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace or refund the order.
Wrong or incomplete address
If a package comes back because the address was wrong or it was not picked up, we will contact you. Shipping it again is at your cost.
Cancellations
Orders go to print quickly. Contact us as soon as you can, and we will cancel and refund the order if printing has not started.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
